Use your anger to jump start on your goals

Are you angry that you didn’t get any presents for Christmas and you are above the age of five?
Are you angry that they wouldn’t “commit” after 2 dates?
Are you angry that your friends are tired of your complaining? I mean sure, they are literally creating LIFE inside of them but sharing for the 100th time that you maybe chose the wrong career path 15 years ago is also important right?
Are you angry that you don’t have enough matches on Tinder although you were never going to answer them anyway?
Are you angry that nobody congratulated you on passing that exam you told nobody about?
Are you angry you lost your HAT?

No, that’s just me, I lost my hat.

You clearly have too much time on your hands!

Use that anger to jump start on your New Year’s resolutions instead!

Start working out for example!

After doing a “Superman to V-up ab exercise” the only one you will be angry at will be your own fat ass. And the Universe. But that one is against you at all times anyway.

Or send out that job application where you think you have zero chances. At least you’ll have a real reason to be angry when they decline.

(Maybe they won’t)
