Alternative way to trick yourself into exercising

You have been seeing IG post of your friends getting fit for 6 weeks now. Use the negative energy you have been building up by comparing yourself to them and say to yourself: I can do that too, I'm not worse than them! (you are, because they have been jogging since they were 15 and the last time you ran was to catch that bus in '95, but that's not the point here). Use that energy to go for a jog, completely overtire yourself, then return home to try to catch your breath for 1h. See, you can do it! I'm proud of you!
